2. File the request
From Billing in your dashboard, pick the covered purchase, report the amount you recovered, and add any context.
3. We review and refund
Our team reviews the request. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Which purchases are covered
The guarantee covers the Full Claim Kit ($149) and the Settled Package ($249). The Letter Kit ($39) and individual add-on services (certified mail, notarization, vehicle history reports, voice coaching) are not covered.
The threshold
You qualify when the total amount you recovered on the underlying insurance claim — settlement payments, supplemental payments, and diminished-value payments combined — is less than $750.
What you get back
The full purchase price of the covered kit, refunded to your original payment method. No store credit, no partial refunds, no processing fee.
How review works
Requests are reviewed by our team, typically within a few business days. We may ask for reasonable documentation of the claim outcome (for example, the insurer's settlement letter). If a request is denied, we tell you why.
One request per purchase
Each covered purchase can have one guarantee request. If your request is denied and new information about your claim outcome emerges, contact support and we'll take another look.
Honesty matters
The guarantee relies on what you report recovering. Requests that misstate the claim outcome are denied and may lead to account closure. That protection is what lets us offer the guarantee to everyone else.
